Hi I even forgot I bought this years ago for $5 at thrift store, It says Good Luck Chuck etc. Maybe Chuck Yeager? I have collected for 35+ years and have so much, now I am researching! What is that plane? I have never seen it before? This may be worthless, sorry if I am wasting your time. toracat

Doubtful it is Yeager.
Aircraft is an A-10-- a CAS aircraft that was developed about the time of his retirement.
As a fighter pilot and fighter commander, I wouldn't think he would have something from a CAS group.
Additionally, I don't think many would address a then BG as "Chuck".
I suspect Chuck was another CAS pilot from this unit and this was his departure award from the 1970s or maybe 80s.
It does have some value.
