Wood bear 12 " tall taped on bottom seems to read Violet Sigevist?, is she the carver? Maybe owner? I also interested in what kind of wood, it is hard, not like redwood, which is normal here in No. Calif. He looked sad at Goodwill so I brought him home. toracat
it's a very nice carving! it's made of redwood, by the looks of it. nice find!
