Plate found when my son rebuilt his home / Saved from Flood Irene 2011

My daughter-in-law and my son found this plate in the house when they first bought it....it has survived a lot including the flood (Irene Aug 2011, their house was under 12 feet of water and the plate was saved)....the farmers are peeling off though. Anyone know where I could possibly find another one?
