    this is nice dish, any ideas on this dish? the maker or age? hand blown with ground pointil, the quater is just for sizing, it's a heavy piece, a very pretty piece :), I purchased from an estate sale about a week ago

      Pretty! I have a smilar piece (in a blueish- greenish color with some white on the bottom)... and someone told me mine might be Italian glass.

      Quite the eye-catcher! When I first saw the little photo on the main page, I thought it was some something from the sea. The colors must be incredible in person to show up this well in a photo! You say it's heavy but it looks SO delicate. Thanks for showing this piece. :-)
