I came across this doll or figure on one of my treasure hunts. I'm assuming it is a female golfer with the long blonde hair and white skirt. Can't be sure if the face is porcelain but it has that ring to it and the hat is resin. The golf bag is wicker with a smaller wicker bag attached to that and a golf towel. The hands also sound like porcelain. Anyone have a clue about this item, the year and what it might sell for. Collectible? Antique? I was just drawn to this figure when I saw it and there doesn't seem to be anything to compare it too. Thank you.

How tall is she ?
Hi, one of the most important facts. Sorry about that. She is 15" from the bottom of the green platform which is about 1/2. Thanks for responding.
