This is an example of a "Swiss Fake" pocket watch, The Ohio Watch Company. To the best of my knowledge, there was never an "Ohio Watch Company". The Swiss made these watches to gain a share of the US market. They would give them names of states or cities. The plates, jewels and font are one way to identify these watches. There are literally thousands of these watches around, driving people crazy trying to identify the makers. The second picture shows the difference between the two dials.
