I have the very same chair except with a crazy blue and yellow print fabric. The tag on the bottom of mine says it's from 1963; I'm still trying to assess the value.

Hi Itsafind, I never found any more info on it. We're keeping ours, so I stopped worrying about the value. :-)
It seems to be really popular around the 500 mark.
