A.D. Copier trial design for the 1989 glasmuseum year object.11 cm high 14.5 cm diameter top. Very dark red ,white and blue.
in 1986 the glasmuseum started a line of limites year pieces Meydam did the ones in 1986,87 and 88 and Copier the 4th one in 1989 . This is a trial piece the final piece has 3 slices cut off from the bottom ( pic 4 from the museumwebsite )

your pieces are so subtile and seem to need a lot of room around them so they get the attention they need but the more i look at them the more i fall in love,how do you do that vlkma,respect respect respect thanks for sharing on cw!!!!
i must say i had a copier one off early silver grey iridescent like ice sickles tall narrow & flared lip and splayed foot a wonderful guy from holland told me the impotance & value so i parted with the gembaroonie as he loved copier had is own web site probably decated to copier but i was alwaysworried thatit would be knocked over plus it was out of line by 3 mm so i could not live with magnificent copier however i used the deal to acquire cameo glass from u,,s,a and france and british isles the piece cost a token when a newcastle upon tyne auction house sold a private large glass art collection without listing the signatures apparent to anybody as a foolish person like malkey and put them a 3 glass vases in each lot & i had little monie so just put low bid on each lot & won 5 - to 4 lots copier marcel goupy loetz & mary gregory & cranberry silver overlay have most of the lots as a glass vase out of each lot
