I have an antique chair that has been in my family for a long time & came to Canada from South Africa with us in 1980. I haven't ever seen a similar one, myself & am curious to know more about it. CAN ANYONE TELL ME MORE?ANYTHING ABOUT THEM???
The best way to describe it is like an antique 'lazy boy'.
It is a deep-seated wooden chair, the back & seat are removable which make it able to recline. The seat part is a wooden frame w/ thick rope, the back part is all wood. It stiil has the original cushions (2 of them), which are thick & apholsetered w/ cream colored leather. I have some pics I can send you as well.
Oh, and there are two of them.

Hi Hailey! Possibly Stickley? This looks a 'morris chair' of some sort. You might want to google those terms and see what you can find, especially under images. Good luck in your search! :-)
