Early German Springerle Cookie maker molds. First one is an 8-panel wood block measures 3 1/8' x 7 7/8". Panels look like for Christmas Cookies, (holly berries and leaves, owl on branch, long-earred rabbit (hare), leaves with key?, french horn, sitting animal?, turtle dove, and tree leaves). The roller mold has 6-panels of birds and berries and is 11" long from end-to-end. Both the above cookie molds are from the 1910's, 1920's era and are hand-carved.
The third is a different type of cookie/pastry maker circa 1930's-1940's with a wood handle, cast aluminum roller, and steel roller bracket. The bracket is engraved "AURO" Model 1 / Made in Germany.
