Okay ... who doesn't love antique shows? Online is not as satisfying when you actually get to 'handle' and 'experience' interesting antiques. While in Chicago too many years ago to admit, my wife and I attended a huge show at one of the horse tracks (I don't recall which). A dealer had a huge display of bronze deco ware by Carl Sorensen. We fell in love with the color & flare for design and ended up acquiring a large number of pieces over the years. The duck bowl is probably unique but don't know.

Thanks, BELLIN! ... I'll try to find time to shoot pics of some of the other pieces.
AWESOME AND THANKYOU FOR SHARING :)
GREAT tastes!
I am a fan of Sorenson as well. The bronze patina on his pieces is extraordinary!

Thanks, Scott! Glad to know another Sorensen collector. We were once offered a complete desk set, but it was quite expensive and there wasn't anyplace to display it.
Thanks AmberRose, vetraio50, czechman, and inky!
This would be a piece I would love to own, one of the nicest I have ever seen !~Phil.
Thanks AmberRose and Phil!
Phil ... yes ... it's quite a nice item in real life. You didn't ask; but the size is roughly 7-1/2" in diameter and 7" high. It's the centerpiece to numerous other Sorensen objects.
Thanks, mustangtony!

Thanks, eye4beauty! ... and I think you are right that the antique show was at the Arlington Race Track.
