Hello, First Rodgers, There is Rodgers, and Rodgers and Sons, I think these are from before he added his sons? Also the handles I believe are bone or ivory? I try to find information, I believe for sure this is Joseph Rodgers of England. They have not been polished in many years. Also I can not see those special lines you see in ivory when I look with jewelers mag.
