I have no idea of the age of this item nor if it was used for water, wine or something else. It's a glazed, brown clay? pitcher of some sort with a base diameter of 5.5" and a total height of about 8" and a handle. The bottom is rounded and the design incorporates the feathers and head of either a rooster or hen. I'd love to know more about this but have been unable to find any photos or information about it anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
