THIS PAINTING WAS AT A LOCAL D.A.V. AND CAUGHT MY EYE. VIVID COLORS AND WELL DONE. APPROX 36 X 20 AND NICELY FRAMED. I CAN IDENTIFY ALL BUT TWO OF THE CHARACTERS. THE TWO TO THE LOWER LEFT HAND HAVE ME STUMPED. AS I AM NOT AN ART PRO HAS ANYONE ANY INFORMATION ON THE ARTIST? THE NAME APPEARS TO BE WALTER VILLARREAL. ON THE BACK IN PENCIL IS CENA CHARACTER. JUST FOUND IT UNUSUAL AND EYE CATCHING.

The one seated first to the left of Jesus is Mahatma Ghandi, then Hitler, then Arafat. Seated to the right of Jesus, I dont know the first two but the one on the far right looks like Ted Kennedy. Think we are a little confused in our lefts and rights LOL. Are we looking from Jesus's left and right or our left and right? Who are the two on our far right standing next to Castro? Certainly is an interesting grouping of men.
I THINK THE TWO STANDING ARE KARL MARX AND LENIN THE LOWER ROW IN FRONT OF THEM IS THE ONE THAT HAS ME STUMPED, I PRETTY SURE THE LAST ONE IS KENNEDY BUT THEN WHO ARE THE OTHER TWO?

I googled Walter Villarreal. He is an Ecuadoran and is still active in his caricatures. He even lists his own website. He had many posted but I did not see this particular one.
