The dial is marked:

Movement marked:
The Sterling Watch Company, Inc.
WATERBURY, CONN. U.S.A.

I'm not sure why the E. Ingraham Co. used the Sterling Watch Co. name on this watch.
This is the only dollar-watch that is a full chronograph watch. This chronograph has a independent sweep second hand; it can be started, stopped and returned to zero by pushing the button on the case at the 11:00 position while the watch continues to keep time.
Could this have been made to time the preacher and keep him on schedule?
Just a thought since it is called a PASTOR Stop Watch!
