This vintage 2-Burner stove was one of the 1st finds I made inside the barn which was scheduled to be plowed under. Funny thing is that most people didn't want anything to do with it when I showed them pictures of the stove that I'd taken on the cell phone. Now that word has gotten out that it's one of the 1st model's manufactured & produced by the Caloric Stove Corp., Philadelphia, PA.
According to the plate on the interior of the stove it's approved for *liquefied (*their spelling not mines or is it my poor eye-sight) petrolum gases. Luckily, the owner of the local hardware store was able to inform me that he might be able to provide the needed adapters for the gas hook-up which will allow me to Fry, Boil, Slizzle & Cook with the best of 'em.
