Old picture block puzzle from the early 1950's, It was given to me by a friend of my mothers when I was 3 yrs old, a birthday card is still with it. That puts it at 60 odd yrs old. The pictures with it are the ones on the blocks 5 separate and one on the box. In the bottom left hand corner of the box is a brand (aHe) and "made in Germany) between the birds and the rabbit at the bottom. I tried to google this item but found nothing (which is not unusual for me) It's not in too bad condition for something this old slight wear and tear in the corners.

These blocks were made in West Germany ~ picture blocks are from The Brother Grimm Fairy Tales.

Thanks for that Vanessa T, As kids we were only allowed to play with things inside and at certain times, Then they were put away again."probably why they look so good". I did have a lot more things that were left in the old house but when mom died about 10 yrs ago a lot of stuff was removed by other members of the family with keys. but as they say "thems the breaks"
