Underneath this mascot is the Morris Brand logo and marked/signed morris brand. The Morris made cars in England in the 1920's to 1930's and this one is probably 1930's to 1940's. I have not seen this one in a book before, chromed fairly heavy around 7-8 inches in height. On his shield is engraved an eagle.
