I believe this to be very very rare. It's a marked Moser vase with Hieroglyph and a an Egyptian figure. I have seen a few Islamic pieces of Moser outside a museum but I've only seen one outside a museum for Egyptian. If this piece was not marked I think my mind would have gone immediately towards Heckert as the iridescence on this piece has a very Cyprus look.
