Miniature Cameo (pretty sure it's Harrach but might be English)

I just got this tiny tiny vase. it's just under 4 inches tall. Harrach did cameo along the same lines as the English and this shape was a favorite of theirs. My gut just says Harrach for this one but I am not sure of that. It really could be an English piece.
The first picture is next to a Harrach Solifleur (and it's a small one)

    In every backyard garden here in Australia!
    Absolutely necessary for a Pav (Pavlova).
    Vases like that don't grow on vines. A great find!

    Here in Canada we take them in the house in autumn and as houseplants they bloom off and on all winter and early spring to return to the garden in May. Your vase is breath taking. Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing it here.
