I just got this tiny tiny vase. it's just under 4 inches tall. Harrach did cameo along the same lines as the English and this shape was a favorite of theirs. My gut just says Harrach for this one but I am not sure of that. It really could be an English piece.

Here in Canada we take them in the house in autumn and as houseplants they bloom off and on all winter and early spring to return to the garden in May. Your vase is breath taking. Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing it here.
