      It is a 99, the 3/4 version of the 66, (no rear inspection plate). It is part of a batch of 50,000 machines commissioned July 29 1949 at the Kilbowie factory, near Glasgow. Looks like it will clean up ok.

      Kimmy why don't you post a photo of your grandmother's machine. It's possible that it's a type that doesn't take a foot pedal. :)
