Found this cooler at an auction. Didn't pay much attention to it but I was surprised it was in such good shape. Like mint condition. Kinda puzzled me for a second because it was sitting in a barn. Later on during the sale I spot the original box for it. They were using it for a trash can for the food vendor. WHO COULD DO SUCH A THING!! Obviously the cooler is worth so much more with the original box!! So I bought the cooler for a very reasonable price and then ran straight over to the vendor and dumped out the trash into another box. I was very pleased to see that the box was not damaged and that it was all intact too. No wonder their so hard to find with their boxes! people use them as waste can! hahaha

'TASTY LUNCHES" it's great to have that box! My folks used one of these for years, back in the late 60s, early 70s. Had many a cheese samich and Coke out of it.
Sure sounds like a tasty lunch! must have been heavy to lug around.
The box by itself may not have much value, but I guarantee it increases the value of the cooler a good bit, Spriteboy42. That's a heckuva find right there, sa-weet!
