This is a white milkglass Old Spice Shaving Mug. Marking on both sides is the ship emblem and "Ship Recovery - Salem - 1794". After research found there are several varieties of these mugs. This one is 3 1/2" wide and 2 3/8" high and has the bottom embossed "Old Spice" / Made in Belgium / Shulton / 6 - (I believe the number 6 is the mold number).
