Here is my Vintage 1965 VW Sand Rail, just completed about 3-months ago to make it street legal. A project me and my son work on together for fun.
VW 1965 (Registered), 1835 engine, full tube chassis painted Kubota orange, king pin front end with disc brakes, torsion bars have been replaced by rod ends, coil over rear shocks, Koni front shocks, 3''x 3" trailing arms and rear disc., aftermarket heads with long reach plugs, late style doghouse fan with oil cooler, dual Kadron carbs, type 2 Bus trans, after market moly axles, cush lock high performance clutch, Kep 1700 Ib pressure plate, Douglas rims.
This thing is a blast to drive on or off road
