Any information about this lamp base would be greatly appreciated. I am mainly interested in identifying the company that made it and possible the approximate age of the lamp base. Unfortunately, I dont have the shade but the base is extremely detailed and ornate. The fourth picture shows the bottom of the lamp with the felt plate removed. It is numbered "1018" (or possibly "8101") with no other markings I can find.
