This piece turned out to be something of an enigma due to the decor, which has been documented to appear on Fritz Heckert shapes. However, this is a well-documented Kralik shape (see Alfredo's Loetz and Glas website - Kralik ID by shape page).
The first thing that struck me was how green it is - a dark emerald green that doesn't seem very Kralik-like. The auction photos made it look navy blue, shading to green - but in reality it is solid emerald green, sporting a dark blue iridescence that is pronounced more towards the bottom. The fire-polished rim is gilt, and there is a ground and polished pontil on the base.
The second thing I noticed was the obviously visible mold line (see photo number 3) - not something I have noticed a lot of in Kralik glass -still, I think it is a Kralik mold. The more I look at Alfredo's photos of Kralik decors on this EXACT shape, the more I am convinced.

I'm keeping an open mind... @Jeff - Yes, I went for it - no chips or cracks at all... but some significant wear to the gold paint. Which reminds me - if you use the Mr. Clean magic erasers on glassware, keep them away from gilding - enamels only. They do pack a micro-abrasive punch.
keen observations- do you think the indents are also molded in from the form or are they tooled in by hand?
Hard to say - I'm going to go with part of the mold.

You're not kidding about the color difference, I didn't even notice it as first. Does it look more purple in person or in certain lighting?

Kyle, it looked pretty green from the minute I unwrapped it - I don't know how the auction photos looked so blue. There is pretty strong blue iridescence at the bottom, however.
