I found this in my Mother's house and know nothing about it. It hangs from the ropes and the glass hurrican sits in the middle. There is a lot of detail and it is real cute. Has anyone seen something like this before? I would love to know if you have any thoughts or info on such and item. There are no markings that I can find, not sure if its Swiss, German or Dutch inspired.
