From left to right: My father's uncle; he was a fighter pilot during World War II, shot down over england. The same man with his brother, who served in the Navy during World War II, he later went on to work for the government, developing military vehicles and aircraft. The third picture is those two with their little brother, my grandfather. It is the last picture taken of the three of them. The man with the rifle, is my great great grandfather around the time of the Spanish-American War. At far right are my great great great grandfather's enlistment and proof of service papers.

SAVOY ... Cracker Jacks were reinstated in 1979. We were give the option of Dress Blues. We choose Cracker Jacks.
All Jr. Enlisted went back to them soon after. The girls liked them ... but there were 13 little problems with them. We learned a way around that though.
They were so tight that you almost had to have help getting in and out of them. i traveled home with a couple of thousand dollars in the inside shirt pocket. People asked if I was wasn't afraid of getting robbed. I said most people don't know the pocket is there, and the only way a pick pocket is going to get it, is he was inside the jumper with you, and you would know that.
Have you heard the term and do you know what "Liberty Cuffs" were?
