I recently bought this at a flea market. the lady I bought it off of didn't know much about it. It is very solid and is made of Brass. The scrolling and engravings look to all be done by hand. However, I can not find any artist signature or markings. Perhaps the style is his signature. I'm interested in knowing the basic questions.
Who made it?
Where did they make it?
When did they make it?
What was it made for?
Any information would be great.
