I found this one last week, and bought it on the spot since it looked rare and unique. Also,it's pretty light and appears untouched, all original.I have found little info, other than it was probably custom made in a very small Italian bike shop. All components are Campagnolo, with Delta brakes.I have some 700x20c tires/tubes coming as the originals are dry rotted.Does anyone know the approximate year of these?

Classic Campy - looks like the Croce d'Aune gruppo which was sold with delta brakes. Your brakes are the first generation design and date to about 1988. I raced on older Record C components in the 1970s but eventually built a Guerciotti frame in the 1980s with C-Record group but with side-pull brakes. The components are not rare and I'm not familiar with the builder.
