Looks like its something from one of the coca cola bottle factories, i dont think this was ever produced for the public......
My dad has something similar. He got it when he worked in the Coca-Cola plant in Fayetteville, NC in 1981 but that is was old equipment even at that time. He said his is called a premix or postmix tank. I showed him this picture and he thinks it may have been altered. Hope is helps. I found this site while trying to help him get information on the one he has.
