Hotpoint toaster from the 1950'-60's, still with its box and warranty. By the look of it its burnt a lot of bread in it's day. I'm not sure if the original cord id here anywhere but I do have cords that will fit it. When the door's were opened the toast automatically flipped over, well was supposed to anyway. I think it belonged to my parents, I've got some old electric jugs here somewhere I'll try and find them later.

That is a very nice toaster, however, it dates from the late 1920's to mid 1930's. They were much more advanced by the 50's & 60's. Yes, they call those toasters "flippers." By the 50's they were into the Art Deco style.

your probably right there packrat-place, I was only working on the assumption that it was from when my parents were married in the late 1940's, or later.
