Was cleaning out some of my grandmothers old junk we got from when she passed away and I was curious as to what it could be. The magnifying glass part is actually plastic, however, so I do have my suspicions on it being anything too terribly important. I honestly have no clue as to what it could even be, but its old so I figured I'd give it a go on here.

I'd say it is a piece of costume jewelry made in the 70s or even later in the Art Nouveau style.
