Lovely F & R Fischer of Göppingen, Germany Brass coffee set circa early 1900's . Bought this for a wedding present , though it will be hard to part with as we both love it. The line and form . Lightly beaten texture to bottom of each piece.
would love to know who the designer was .

Its exquisite ozmarty! WOW!
Ahhh WOW! Maybe you should just get them a card instead? LOL!
Fabulous! Bellin, I was I could say I knew for certain. I haven't seen this set before, but Peter Behrens would be a logical designer to start with. It might be fruitful to hunt down the production date first, which then can either opt in some designers or exclude others.
Cogito . Didn't ozmarty do a great job finding this:)
Yep. He's a great picker/collector. I just wish I got there first! ;)
Hi, most beautiful coffee set, Ozmarty! I don't know who made this, but I have two remarks. 1.) This reminds me very much of Erik Magnussen. 2.) I see that F & R Fischer made some wares as late as 1966. Magnificent and thoughtful wedding present! miKKo

Hi, Ozmarty! Just received a reply from Berlin. The email text follows:
Dear M.....,
It is not possible to identify the designer. Also the F.&R.Fischer services we have in our collection are classified as “Werkentwurf”.

Hi miKKoChristmas11 thank you and Claudia so much for all you effort . So Just an Inhouse design. I can see where they got their influences though.
Still think it will a make a lovely present even if I can't put a designers name on it ...
Hi, Ozmarty! You're so welcome!
It will make a splendid present! And the fact that you love it and yet have given it away will make it even more splendid. Best wishes, miKKo
