Could someone help me ID this chair? It looks to be mission/ arts and crafts, but it is not made of oak (maple?). It has broad shaped arms, not the typical straight cut arms of a&c. It also has horizontal back slats instead of vertical; it even has its own magazine rack! The cushions are not leather. I have looked everywhere online to find a similar chair, but can't. It is super comfortable and I love it, but I would like to know its age and value.

I have this same chair. It is maple, but I had it refinished to look oak and had new cushions made.
Do you know anything about its origin? Who made it. How old is it?
