There were Three different "Texas Ranger" watches made by Muros back in 1951 and 1971. The main difference is the size, The "smile", the shape of the gun and the wording on the dial. The first one is the Original version.The second photo is the re-issue and doesn't have the words "Patents Pending" at the 12-2 o'clock position on the dial. The third is a reissue and the "animated " gun has moved to the 7-8 o'clock position. Hope this was informative and you enjoy the post.
