This is a ceramic hotel ashtray from Caesar Park Hotel, Sao Paulo, Augusta, Brazil and Rio de Janeiro, Ipanema, Brazil. White ceramic with a dark brown print. Hotel emblem is a Roamman helmet. Measures 3 3/4" diameter. Backstamp is "Ceramikalna" with telephone number. Unable to find any info on this Brazilian ceramics maker. The ashtray is circa late 1980's.
