Okay, I've seen some weird vintage Christmas ornaments, but this one is extra weird -- a hula dancing Christmas elf! His face reminds me a little of the Snap, Crackle and Pop guys. No marks of any kind.
I got this from the estate of a hoarder, so there's no telling where it came from or when it was made. I did get a similar ornament at the same estate, shown in the last picture.
Anyone have any information? Thank you!

These heads made mostly in Japan came in a package you could design your own ornament . The shirt is just using pine tree limbs to form it , Not a hula skirt but a crafty way to make a skirt from chistmas supplies . Very cute !
Thanks, Manikin! I guess that explains why I see so many of those elves. Must have been a very creative crafter that made these.
