I was going through some items collected I stored years ago, came up with this old tapestry. It's really nice I believe the frame is just as old looks to be the original, quality . The photo appears to be Colonial along with slave holding one of the children. The detail on the oriental rug is incredible, the entire picture is fascinating with detail. The cherub ceiling is also incredible. I see one marking on the older gentleman's shoe, other than that amazing , seems very old. I believe the size is 16 x 20. Any additional information
