This is cute the way it opens is almost secret. the way it comes up! My mother was WW-2 Nurse, maybe she got this there, she was in Eng. and Iceland. There are still pills in some of tubes! Sodium Amytal and the empty one. I think they used for truth serum? Anyway it has the Lily on top with nice design beside the name.
