Liosbaker

I posted this recently and haven't found any info on it yet. Thought I'd try again. I found this at a yard sale. She Seems to be made of Bakelite, stands about 5" tall and it has Hong Kong on the bottom. She looks familiar but I just can't place her or the year. Does anyone have any infomation/price? Thanks :)
