    Hi Dave,
She's a 1971 Minnie. These were the first Minnie watches produced. The Disney contact was still with Ingersoll at this time. As You know, Ingersoll was also US Time, and later Timex, but this would be considered an Ingersoll. This appears to be the smaller version, They made a larger one also. Thanks for sharing.

    Kerry,
The other 2 I have are marked Bradley. Yellow hair bow, purple poke-a-dot dress, orange shoes and hands. They are slightly larger.

Does anyone ever 'sell' these? I realize they are collectable, but I'm curious! My very last official Christmas stocking stuffer was this original watch, only the larger size, and it came on a wide white leather band with snaps & buckle were silver in color. I wore that watch every day to school, I absolutely adored it ~ ended up being one of our very last family holidays together (3 brothers also), until my parents lost our house after my father hadn't worked for almost a year. Was in ninth grade, taking PE, so had to remove jewelry (right down to your earrings). One day I accidentally left it, then realized and ran back to gym locker room. It was already gone! It was really devastating. Not just that it was gone, but I knew it was purchased with money my parents shouldn't have probably spent on such 'grown' children. But I had actually felt terribly slighted, since it was such a minimal Christmas, and I had huge guilt for those thoughts. Being fourteen, supposedly growing up, and trying to hang onto that Santa Clause feeling. Pretend, you know? It took a very long time to get over that lose ~ the watch, knowing Santa was just a kiddie thing, losing the support and security of home, family, parents, etc. Don't think I even told them it got stolen, since I felt they'd scold me for my recklessness (silly we are as adolescents!!).
Anyway, if I could purchase another watch to wear and have ~it would mean the world to me!! It would need to be this exact style (pink and teal blue outfit...except the band wouldn't matter....thought that white leather was stupid at the time, purchased a white fabric band, and wore it that way almost the entire Romeo owned it. I'd make my year ~ I'll be 56 this summer! Thank you for sharing, collecting, and giving a few of us that nostalgic walk back through our lives ~ went SO fast!!!!

...Ooopps...thought I was wrong! She has on pink and green!!!! And those were my bedroom, and favorite colors at the time.
Still adore green!! The best :-)
