Looks mid-centurey modern
I could be wrong ,but I think this a replacement piece ,most aftermarket ones don't say "Mack" on the collar.age could be 1950's -'80s
My Dad had one on as a hood ornament on his Chevy pick up truck when i was a kid! lol He is on the Fire Dept, I think he got it off an old fire truck, not sure?
