Hi Plate says Venice Beach 1998, but I can not make out the artist name. If anyone knows his history or can read name, please let me know. It does not look like Venice Beach? or I am thinking of ocean beach, anyway it is well painted! Maybe I will learn something! Thanks for all the help I am receiving on Collector's Weekly! toracat
