I have a silver plated antique fireman’s horn c 1850.
It measures 21” tall, and 8” wide, at the base.
It is 100% authentic, and from the mid 19th century. Based on the workmanship.
There is beautiful repousee, work, all around the horn, with chased flowers, and leaves throughout.
It is truly a rare peace.
There are some minor dents , but are barely noticeable, and understandable due to its age.
It has been re-silver plated probably within the last 25 years or so
