Here is possibly the best photo collection/group I have ever owned( although a wwii grouping I had a few years ago was probably equally impressive). IIRC this was from an estate purchased about 2 years ago.
These albums include hundreds of pages showcasing multiple vacations of a family from approximately 1905 to the late 20s and includes Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
I believe the mans name is Merton Winthrop Towle, but I am not the best at reading other peoples cursive. If anyone can verify this, I would be very grateful.

Agree the last name is Sowle.
When you get a chance post some of the pictures that make the album so great.

Lol, thanks AR8Jason. I guess I saw the last 4 letters and assume towle. Certainly doesn't look like a T now :).
Thanks for the loves Jason and Phil David.
Will post up more pics in a minute Scott. I find them amazing for the simple fact that these people were able to do something 100+ years ago that most people today still only dream about, myself included.
I can't imagine there are that many other groupings of so many different travels by the same person/family durings these times. Though, I don't typically collect photos so I may be wrong.
Thanks again for the correction AR8Jason!
