This is a Seth Thomas mantel clock. Estimated to be a least 97 years old...from the looks of service dates written on it's back panel. It was given to my mother when I was about 8 years old... that was about 60 years ago or so. It had been in rest home for service men for years before she acquired it and then it sat on her piano in our home. It was well loved. I have not seen another like it any where. It is not working now...but it did while it lived with my mother. It will soon go to a repair shop for a short visit.
