This is a Chatillion double dial Type 027 hanging scale, with temperature compensated springs and 20 lb. capacity.
It has a 1989 State Of California, County of Alameda inspection seal, inspected by Patrick E. Nichols.
It is holding 2 lbs of old rusty square nails found in my basement 30 years ago.
