This is an Aladdin Alacite Lamp. Very nice !!
These had double sockets to light the base and top . Shine a blacklight on it and if it is uranium glass it is pre WWII if not it is post WWII.
it appears to be Aladdin #G257, ca.1942. Here is a goo site for Elegant and Depression era glass:
