This is a Union Oil Company postcard.

No. 11 in UNION OIL COMPANY'S Natural
Color Photographic Scenes of the West.
This breath-taking vista of the Pacific coastline is near the Bixby Creek bridge of the San Simeon Highway, south of Monterey, Calif. One of the many spectacular bridges on the more than 100 miles of scenic highway. Bixby Creek span is representative of the engineering skill which went into the construction of the spectacular drive.

I have several Union Oil Co. postcards, but this is the only one I have that has a copyright date on it. (c) 1939 Union Oil Company of Calif. and the only one that is numbered (No. 11).
It is also slightly smaller than the other ones (5-15/32" x 3-3/16").
The others are (5-35/64" x 3-1/2") (see 3rd photo) and state:
